The Form panel includes a Grid which displays your Forms and Templates. It may have any number of Rows and Fields. There is also no limit to the number of times the Form is submitted with Results! At the Top of the page is the Form panel. Forms owned by you appear in a Textbox. The Form Name in the textbox may be changed as required.
A Form may have an unlimited number of Rows. A Row may have an unlimited number of Fields! Grouping Related Fields on a Row allows you to create Compact Forms. In addition to Grouping Related Fields, the Dynamic Repeater Technology allows a Customer to Insert Multiple Rows of Information from a Row of Fields! This allows you to Capture More with Less!
Grouping Related Fields on a Row has it's advantages. FormThis Exclusive Dynamic Repeater Technology allows your Customer to insert many Rows of Information from the initial Row of Fields. The Repeater Technology allows you to create Forms to accept multiples of anything. Multiples appear in a grid (like a spreadsheet) below the initial set of Fields.

Note: The Dynamic Repeater captures information from Input type Fields. For example the Repeater will accept input from a Textbox or Pick List.
You may have an unlimited number of Fields on a Row; however take care when designing your Forms that avoid scrolling left or right. Fields may be displayed horizontally on a Row or vertically with each Field on a separate Row (like our competition). The Field panel allows you to modify Field Properties, Add, Remove and change there order in a Row.
The Online Form Designer automatically loads the Publish panel with many default values. Important: The most important setting to change is the Send Results to this Email Address...

The Preview panel on the Form Designer page displays the Form during design.
The Form view available as a hyperlink in the Publish panel opens up into a New Window. This is a fully functioning view of the Form. All settings made in the Online Form Designer are available in the Form view. This is the same view your Customer will see.
